Mr. Lloyd’s practice focuses on civil rights, constitutional law, religious liberty, government investigations, and employment disputes, with experience in Hatch Act, the Employee Retirement Insurance Security Act (ERISA), the Administrative Procedures Act, the Civil Service Reform Act (CSRA), land use and zoning, and in administrative proceedings related to employment matters.
Mr. Lloyd resides in Front Royal, Virginia, with his wife and eight children.

John E. Madigan II
ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY
Mr. Madigan’s practice focuses on corporate governance, trusts and estates, constitutional law, and appellate litigation.
Before entering law school, Mr. Madigan consulted for Hollister, Incorporated, a closely held corporation, where he assisted leadership in their corporate governance and succession planning. His experience includes a Masters of Business Administration from Benedictine College.
Mr. Madigan resides in Bristow, Virginia with his wife and his son.
